On the afternoon before a holiday when we called to say that our water heater (which was under warranty) was leaking water all over our basement – Steve jumped into action. He got us a new water heater (took care of all the warranty paperwork), removed the old one and replaced with a new one all in the same day! We’ve been using Free Flo for nearly 30 years, at our houses in Bogota and now Teaneck.
